Barbara Vincze

Barbara trained as an economist at the University of Hertfordshire. She also has an MBA from the University of Middlesex and University of Pecs. She started her professional career with an international executive recruitment firm focussing on financial services in addition to which she project managed the establishment of a complex CEE Marketing & Sales Centre for one of her automotive clients. Barbara spent a year at JonesLangLaSalle in 2006, becoming familiar with the commercial real estate market.
She has been managing Kestria Hungary - BM Recruitment since 2007, she project managed the establishment of a green field Cement Plant organization with 130 employees. Since 2010 she has specifically grown in the executive search business. Her focus has been on executive and senior specialists appointments primarily in the finance, medical device, pharmaceutical, legal, construction and real estate, production and manufacturing, telecommunication industries.
Besides her native Hungarian, she speaks fluent English.
